Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
In-stock orders are usually processed and shipped same day (Monday - Saturday) following order placement.
Some limited edition and made-to-order products have longer processing times, which are stated in the product's description. Fulfillment times on these products may be longer than usual due to Covid-19 business restrictions.
Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.
Orders received after 3 pm EST Monday through Friday and 1 pm EST Saturday will begin processing the next business day. Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests for return/exchange must be made within 7 days of postal carrier delivery receipt via email to email@example.com.
Email must include the following information:
- Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
- Reason for return/exchange
- New item(s) you would like to exchange for
Once this email is received, Fury Golf will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Packaging is the customer's responsibility.
If you are exchanging items, the outgoing items will be shipped after the incoming items are received and inspected.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned unworn, with the original purchase tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is defective.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on hats.
